Shipping & Returns


  1. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and ship your order. Very large orders may take longer to process. Palletized shipments (via truck freight) take an additional day to process due to scheduling of the trucks.
  2. To determine the exact cost to ship your order, you may add items to your cart and see the FedEx shipping calculation before finalizing your order.  On average, a case of 8 large round baskets costs about $15, depending on your location.
  3. We ship via FedEx Ground, unless you specifically require another carrier. Additional charges will apply for alternate carriers. If we ship using your account, a handling charge of $2 per carton will be added to your bill.
  4. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
  5. We ship internationally. Call for details.
  6. Upon request, we will provide tracking information.

  1. If product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days. If damage is not reported within 2 days, we cannot file a claim and therefore cannot credit you for the damaged item.
  2. If you are not satisfied with any product you receive, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30-days of receipt. Please call before returning any items.  If returning an item with no faults, it must be returned to us in perfect condition to receive a refund or exchange. We do not have any restocking fees.
  3. If a problem is our fault, we will bear the cost to correct the issue. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all freight charges.
  4. If a returned item qualifies for a credit or refund, the refund will be issued in the same form as original payment. If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card. Or you may elect to receive a credit on your account.
  5. All clearance sales are final and do not qualify for refund or exchange, except if an item arrives damaged.
